This place is spacious and kept quite clean, offering great value and having exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, while the room is neat with a nice design; the breakfast is fantastic without any negative points.

The standard room had nice decor and a lovely sea view. The property is located in a beautiful spot near Watergate Bay and Newquay town center.- There is a restaurant, Andrew Durham, just a few steps away from the hotel which I highly recommend trying.

What a good stay, nothing too much trouble. Modest venue with fantastic location right by the nearest pharmacies or tourist spots, the beach and walks, and the Newquay town centre and absolutely superb breakfast. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Amazing sea views and beautiful sunsets every evening. The location was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, with the beach just a short walk away. The hotel had a lovely bar with a cozy atmosphere, great for enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring.
The wifi could have been better and it would have been helpful if they had provided more information about it. The TV signal was a bit inconsistent, with some channels freezing up.

Stunning sunset views from the room overlooking the cliffs. Convenient location for a 40-minute walk along the seafront to central area. Beautiful local beaches. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Had a fantastic time at a warm and friendly family-run hotel near Newquay. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location, with beautiful walks along the cliffs and down to the beach just across the road. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
